All payment to be done via Paynow indicating your Facebook name by Saturday 12 noon upon receiving the order confirmation. Kindly screenshot the payment details for verification purposes. As we want all our customer to be
able to get to their gifts the soonest, all items will be mailed out every Sunday. Therefore,
1) all orders will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received / updated by FRIDAY 8PM.
2) if payment is made after FRIDAY, your purchase will be delivered in the next LIVE's batch. We will not arrange any other extra delivery after our designated delivery day which is Sunday. Should you have any difficulties please feel free to PM us and we can make alternative arrangements with you. ORDER& DELIVERY:
prettylilgifts currently provides three types of local (Singapore) delivery services of either,
#1 normal mail: fixed @ $2.00, items will be received within 5-7 working days. Normal Postage are handled by Singpost. Do note that we are not liable for any lost normal mails. Note that normal mail can only be up to 2kg, anything above please choose the next category.
#2 Door Step courier: @ $5, items will be received within 1-2 working days. All parcels comes with a tracking number and sms notifications on the day of the delivery. NO EXPRESS DELIVERY REQUEST.

Kindly ensure all required information is submitted to avoid possible delays or errors. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at check out is incomplete or incorrect. Customer is liable for extra cost should delivery failed due to wrong address. RETURN & EXCHANGE:
prettylilgifts will not entertain any cancellation, refunds, exchange of products due to customer's change of mind once payment is accepted. Please allow some workmanship defects.
