Our coffee beans are from Panama Boquette. The terroir of Panama is quite unique with mountainous regions and nutrient rich volcanic soil that together create numerous microclimates across the country. The winds blowing over the mountains from the north create a fine mist called bajareque that acts as a huge air conditioner slowing the ripening of coffee cherries and contributing, ultimately, to sweet and complex cups.✨

It's been nearly 2 years since the Hangar was wrongfully re-entered into and had to shut down due to those legal battles we had to face . Today we return to you stronger and better than before with Burn & Firepit both under our arms. It just shows that no matter how sh*tty things get, have faith and love will find a way!
