Every time I come to my factory, they teach me something new.

Today a lesson on being grounded.

First day back - I’m complaining and trying in to get all the mistakes fixed. When I stop talking this lady working on hand embroidery says “I love your voice, I have heard over the phone and today I hear it in person.” I just stopped in my tracks and thought, how they work hard everyday and still find positives in others, even in the people complaining about their work. She just made my day.
