It specializes in Chinese Proprietary Medicine, certain Western Drugs, and TCM services. The old premise was at (裕廊路十条石), Old Jurong Road Ten Mile Stone, near Yuhua Primary School formerly known as Joo Hwa Public School (公立裕华学校). In 1970, Min Ann Medical Hall was moved to commercial shophouses. Mr Low’s eldest son, Mr. Low Chu Mong, assisted in managing the medical hall and learnt from his father
to provide Chinese medicine treatment services for patients. In 1983, Min Ann Medical Hall moved to the present premise at Jurong East, Blk 252. This time, Mr Low’s third son, Mr. Low Chow Long, under the guidance of his father and oldest brother, took over the operation of Min Ann Medical Hall. Mr Low Chow graduated with a diploma in Chinese medicine pharmacology from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Singapore College of Chinese Medicine with excellent grades. From 1949 to 2020, the Low family provided traditional Chinese medicine treatment services to the community for more than 70 years. In addition to treating patients and selling medicine, Mr. Low Cheng How was also a member of the Yuhua Primary School advisory committee from the 1950s to the 1990s. In 2020, Min Ann Medical Hall invited Ms Jacinda Chee, a Chinese physician to provide acupuncture services. In 2017, She graduated with a double degree in Biomedical Science and TCM from Nanyang Technological University and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. In 2020, she got her Master’s in Acupuncture from Beijing University Chinese Medicine. Moving forward, Min Ann Medical Hall will continue to provide quality medical services to serve the community.
刘宗浩先生创立民安药房于1949年。地址在裕廊路十条石，靠近裕华小学。
1970年民安和其他的49間店一同搬迁到附近政府建立的商业店屋。此時生意红火，长子刘主茂先生协助经营，并向父亲学习为病患提供中医治疗服務。
1983年，民安搬迁到裕廊东，大牌252，门牌01-111。此時三子刘主隆先生在 父兄的指导下接手经营民安药房，并于2002年至2006年接受由北京中医药大学和新加坡中药学院开办的中药专业课程，并以优异成绩毕业。
父子三人从1949年至2020年共同为裕廊东社区提供中药治疗服务历时七十余年。
刘宗浩先生除了替病人看病，卖药材，他也是裕华小学从1950-1990 年代的学校咨询委员会成员。
2020年中民安药房请来了毕业于北京的中医师徐洁馨继续为裕廊东群众提供中医药服务。徐医师就读于南洋理工大学及北京中医药大学，于2017年以生物医学与中医双学位毕业。她随即赴中国继续深造，并于2020年毕业于北京中医药大学获得了针灸硕士学位，希望为旧雨新知带来更全面的中药中医治疗服务。
