🔆 [EASY] 🔆
Today we’re sharing a best snack during diet! 0 sugar/0 oil!! Low calorie and can have it anytime!! A super yummy and filling bites that made by our 5 Black Multi-grain - Multi-grain Banana Cookie 😋
Our 5 Black Multi-grain contain 5 types of “Black” superfoods, beneficial to hair and provides lots of nutritional benefits for our body💪🏻
🧂Ingredients
🔸Multi-grain oats / 100g
🔸Milk / 50g
🔸Banana / 1
🔸Apple / 1
🍳Preparation
1️⃣ Add apple and milk into blender and mix.

2️⃣ Pour out the apple purée into a big bowl. Mash a banana with a spoon.

3️⃣ Add in 5 Black Multi-grain oats and mix it all well. Rest for 2 minutes.

4️⃣ Preheat your oven or airfryer with 180°C for 5 mins.

5️⃣ Place baking paper on the baking sheet and spoon the mixture into the mould. (If you don’t have mould at home, you can just use hand to make it to a round shape)

6️⃣ Put into oven with top/bottom 180°C for 20 minutes. (Airfryer 170°C 10 mins, flip another 10 mins)

7️⃣ Remove from the oven/airfryer and let it rest for 10 minutes.

8️⃣ Done✅

💡You can also add in your choices of mashed dried fruits, nuts, etc!

🍧Today we’re sharing a simple recipe that’s kid-friendly and perfect for this summertime! - Frozen Yogurt Granola冷冻优格麦片 😋
🧂Ingredients
🔸Granola / 20g
🔸Yogurt / Any flavour of your choice
🔸 Fresh fruits / Any fruits of your choice
🍳Preparation
1️⃣ Cut the fresh fruits into slices.
(We are using strawberries, you can also use blueberry, cherry, etc)

2️⃣ Place cling wrap into the containers.

3️⃣ Add a layer of yogurt to the containers.
(You can decide the thickness by the amount of yogurt yourself.)

4️⃣ Add our Quaker yogurt/collagen granola!

5️⃣ Place in the freezer overnight.

6️⃣ Simply remove the cling wrap then you’re done!!

💡 You can use the fruit flavour yogurt if you’re making for kids!
