Mango Cloud Foam

Ingredients:

- 200ml coconut water
- 100ml coconut mylk
- 15ml maple syrup
- 5g mango syrup / powder
- slices of mangoes (optional)
- ice

Steps:

1. Pour 200ml coconut water and ice into the cup.
2. Combine the coconut mylk, maple syrup, and mango syrup / powder in a mixing cup.
3. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
5. Froth until light and creamy.
6. Let the foam rest for 30–60 seconds.
7. Pour or spoon the cold foam over your iced drink.
8. Garnish with cubes of mango (optional).

Ingredients:

- 200ml coconut water
- 100ml coconut mylk
- 15ml maple syrup
- 5g ube powder
- cubes of ube (optional)
- ice

Pistachio Cloud Coconut

Ingredients:

- 200ml coconut water
- 100 ml coconut mylk
- 15ml maple syrup
- 5g pistachio powder/paste
- a pinch of sea salt (optional)
- ice

Steps:

1. Pour 200ml coconut water and ice into the cup.
2. Add the 100ml coconut mylk, maple syrup, pistachio powder/paste, and sea salt into a mixing cup.
3. Whisk until the pistachio powder/paste is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth with no lumps.
4. Froth for 20–30 seconds until it becomes light, creamy, and slightly thick.
5. Let the foam rest for 30–60 seconds to stabilize.
6. Gently pour or spoon the cold foam over your iced drink.
7. Finish with a light sprinkle of crushed pistachios or pistachio powder (optional) for garnish.
