Wild Chibi Mame Sageretia Bonsai with Echizen Seven-Star Pot

To me, Sageretia is the juniper of the hardwood world.
This wild Sageretia carries an exceptionally old natural shari, shaped entirely by nature rather than carving. Running beside it is a beautifully swollen live vein, slowly thickened over decades as it continued to nourish the tree. The contrast between ancient deadwood and the raised living waterline creates a quiet sense of age that cannot be artificially reproduced.

More than a bonsai, it is a small landscape shaped by time.
