Part 1 of our history

In ‘99 we brought in and forever raised the profile of the ‘water bottle’
in , and, as a springboard, throughout SEA. As a trekker I was no stranger to SIGG and at the famed Ambiente Fair, made contact. No ingenuity here but perfect timing coz the previous distributor gave up! In 2015 SIGG sold out, the new Chinese owner reckoned they’d be better off with another and we were dropped unceremoniously! My biz partner told me then, nothing to worry about, every brand has it’s days in the ☀️ ..apart from retail, we had incredible success with collaborations with various brands.

Looking back, I have to thank all our wonderful clients, giving us the opportunities to create, enabling us to travel to all corners of the world, bringing back ideas, working with new developing countries in succession, riding the wave of the power of ad-speciality gifts! It was a wonderful, exciting journey, we had a lot of fun, deadline stress of course, but on behalf of my now deceased partner, Jenni, and the rest of the faithful at Creatif Venture, we are ever so grateful.

We are on a different route now, retail and distribution of outdoor lifestyle goods, developed out of personal interest, the next lease for us here at Creatif Venture. For more info, www.thebigcountry.com.

I have to add however, we are still in the business of ad-speciality, old faithful clients have been supporting us through the ups and downs.
