An older scooter. The same support. 🛴❤️
This scooter is over 4 years old. Its owner recently came back because the front felt shaky, so we tightened it and checked that it was secure.
The charge? S$0. 🔧
That’s part of our free lifetime basic servicing. We still look after customers whose vehicles are more than 6 years old, because our support doesn’t end after the sale.
For eligible vehicles bought brand new from cubeRpedia, we provide:
✅ Shaky stem tightening
✅ Basic brake and derailleur tuning, where applicable
✅ Tightening accessible loose screws
Tyre inflation is always free at our shop too! 💨
These benefits are for our vehicles with the cubeRpedia sticker and original parts or parts fitted by us. Replacement parts, internal repairs and electrical diagnostics are charged separately.
Inspection coming up? We also provide free pre-inspection checks for eligible cubeRpedia e-scooters.
For an additional fee, you can leave your scooter at our shop and let us arrange the inspection trip and return it here for collection. Home collection/delivery and any necessary repairs are optional extras.
