Service Crew
Responsibilities:
1. Good customer service skills (E.g. Greeting customers upon their arrival.)
2. Supports a great customer experience by serving every customer with an impeccable experience
3. Strives to be knowledgeable about the brand and confident with making recommendations
4. Being observant to guests' needs throughout their experience, finding opportunities to "go the extra mile" to create good customer relations
5. Able to work well as part of a team and take initiative, independent of direct supervision
6. Practice good personal hygiene and cleanliness at respective work stations and service areas
7. Preparing foods and beverages in accordance with recipes and instructions provided
8. Evaluating the quality of food and beverage items to ensure standards are met
9. Ensure outlet facilities are maintained in good working condition

Kitchen Crew
Responsibilities:
1. Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene.
2. Washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes.
3. Assisting the Cook with the preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry, and meat.
4. Sweeping and mopping the kitchen floors as well as wiping down kitchen walls.
5. Assisting with the unloading of delivered food supplies.
6. Organizing and correctly storing food supplies.
7. Promptly transferring meal ingredients from storage areas to the kitchen as per Cook's instructions.
8. Stirring and heating soups and sauces as well as preparing hot beverages.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience assisting in kitchens.
2. Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
3. The ability to stand for extended periods.
4. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. The ability to work in a team.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
7. Effective communication skills.
