Latest arrival of a mint condition pre-owned Sadowsky Masterbuild 5 string M/J.

While most J-MM basses are very versatile sounding, this one takes it a notch with coil split on both the neck and bridge pickup.

This bass is truly impressive, going from a Marcus Miller to a Flea in an instant. The ash maple combination with the 2 band Sadowsky preamp adds punch and zing to this recognisable tone but with an X factor.

We are super excited to announce that bassFREQ is a dealer for Otto Bass Design!

For many years, we have admired Osman’s beautiful basses. They are known for being lightweight, ergonomic but yet sounding great with excellent playability. This is also the reason that it has become the bass of choice from many top bass players, such as Andrew Gouche, Mohini Dey, David Dyson, Ian Allison and Jackiz Tsang. Osman is also a really good player himself and I’ve always enjoyed watching his bass demos which is also what got us interested!

Our first bass will feature this gorgeous Buckeye Burl top, ebony board with a triple pickup config. This bass is going to be a tone monster and will be ready in early Q2 2027.
