Delivery within Singapore only (currently).
🔥Perfectionist please refrain from purchase. As we enjoy the natural beauty of Crystals and Jades, we have to accept that their flaws are unavoidable part of it as well. We will not accept refunds or exchange of products due to natural flaws.
🔥 How to buy/bid during live:
Do screen shot of your ordered item and PM us via chat.
Bidding by first come first serve, according to admin's phone.
🔥 Payment Matters:
To new friends, kindly PM us via our FB page upon your first purchase. We will send payment advice and methods via FB to you.
🔥 Payment for items are to be made within 48 hours from payment advice sent via FB messenger, unless otherwise arranged and agreed. After 48 hours without any reply or updates, the item will be automatically forfeited without notice.
🔥 We reserve the rights to BAN users for excessively cancelling of bidding items. Please comment/order responsibly.
🔥 Delivery Matters:
Delivery for purchase less than $80 (within 5kg) :
Delivery fee :$5 for the first 5kg, will require top up for deliveries >5kg
You will receive a SMS and a PM from courier and us.
Once payment has been received, your items will be automatically scheduled for delivery within 48 hours.
🔥 Normal Mailing (Singpost):
Price:$1 including bubble wrap and packaging.
Large or fragile items will not be able to be normal mailed.
We would not be responsible for any lost, damaged items when mailing via this.
No tracking available.
🔥 All items purchased are not refundable/ exchangeable after 7 days from date of collection or delivery receipt. We reserve the rights to BAN any individuals who attempts to do so / insist on doing so.
🔥 We reserves the right to reject any exchange and refund request on damage items of the following: Man-Made fault, items damaged due to natural disaster, items damaged after 7 days of purchase upon collection / delivery receipt.
Lucky Draw or gift items are non exchangeable for any other items or cash of any value, discounts etc.
