Covid-19 Outbreaking! China Warehouse Affected！新冠病毒爆发！中国仓库地区受影响！

Dear Valued Customer,

The situation of Covid-19 outbreak is getting serious and complicated, Guangzhou,China has been lockdown to prevent further spread of virus.

Unfortunately, All of our China Department (purchasing team, China Warehouse team) in Guangzhou are not able to resume operation until further official notice from China Government

Kindly be informed that ALL "Buy For Me" and "Smartshop" orders will continue to proceed order BUT the order is unable to proceed warehouse entry status due to we will arrange dispatch out to our temporarily warehouse 1st and we will forward to our actual China warehouse and able to update as "Warehouse Entry" status once lifted from lockdown and resume operation

For "Ship For Me" orders, please kindly arrange delivery to our temporarily warehouse as below:
