Not everyday you get to taste from a bottle that tells you what time it was bottled… this was at about 3pm in the afternoon. Apparently there was an 11am bottle too, but didn’t get to try that one.

So happy to introduce our new friends from Kesennuma, Miyagi! Sotenden is a beautiful sake, lovely elegant flavour with a deep umami. Being a coastal brewery, you can bet their sake pairs perfectly with all kinds of fresh seafood!
