1. Within one week after order
2. Confirm meetup venue and time on day of order
3. Venue/Time & date can be changed on the day of order
3. After date of order, no changes for venue/time & date
4. If unable to meetup, charges after date of order will be at $1. Second change , $2, and so on.
5. To be fair, if i am unable to make it, deduction of $1 will be mad
