This cake was created exclusively by our Co-Founder Ronald, allowing him to reminisce on his chocolate making days in Germany. ✨

The cake consists of a moist chocolate sponge, a decadent single-origin chocolate cremeux, Kirsch-soaked cherries and delicious chocolate shavings! 🍒It’s truly one of the most sinful and satisfying cakes you will ever eat!

This piece contains a delectable Gula Melaka Caramel, chewy and fragrant Pandan Jelly and a delicious Red Bean Paste to tie it all together! 🍧It’s then coated with a 72% dark chocolate shell.

All our mooncakes do not contain any pork, lard, alcohol or non-halal products. They contain traces of nuts, dairy and gluten.

This beauty contains a mango sago agar jelly, an almond coconut crunch layer and a layer of white lotus paste. The shell is made from 72% dark chocolate and is an absolutely delightful pairing to the nostalgic flavour of the popular Chinese dessert 🌜
