This week's is the purity of the heart behind what we do.

When we cultivate a mind of loving-kindness (Mettā), the people around us can reap its benefits as it heals their hearts too.

May you and the others around you taste the sweetness of a loving heart and uplifted mind this week. 🌿

😷 This Sunday's Dhamma Sharing: Aging & Impermanence: Facing health issues or family illness

A diagnosis. A fall. A phone call late at night. Sometimes it takes a health scare — our own, or someone we love's — to remind us of the nature of the human body to grow old and fall sick.

This Sunday, join us as we take an honest look at aging and impermanence, and explore what the Dhamma teaches us about facing illness and loss with greater peace.

A timeless roadmap to peace is always within our reach. ☀️

This Monday, we reflect on how the Dhamma is passed down like a meaningful inheritance. The Buddha left us these teachings to be tested and experienced firsthand. We are all welcome to share in this lineage of wisdom, exploring it at our own pace.

Wishing you a peaceful, curious, and mindful week ahead! 💛

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 This Sunday's Dhamma Sharing: The Burden of Responsibility: Caring for aging parents & young children

As Singapore marks her 61st National Day, we're reminded that this nation was never built by any one generation alone. It was the quiet, ongoing labour of parents raising children, and children later caring for aging parents, generation after generation.

Just as Singapore's story is woven from many hands across generations, our own families are woven from the same thread of mutual care.

This Sunday, join us as we take an honest look at the burden of responsibility, and explore what the Dhamma teaches us about caring for others without losing ourselves.
