Custom Babyfreqs out to play. I rotate the different IEMs from FATfreq out for my ever-changing uses. This one is in exercise configuration because the softer Babyfreq shells make for a far more comfortable fit for long and sweaty hours in the ears. Sometimes I use the cables, but when doing vigorous activities a bluetooth adapter just makes more sense.

What’s your preferred setup?

Over the last 16 years, many drummers from all genres have approached us for support with gear. Costs have gone up, rentals have gone up, everything is getting a little more out of reach, they don’t have gear to tour with; people are worried.

Our answer is always YES, but a qualified one.

Costs have gone up for us as well, but we have enough gear in circulation to move around and juggle between needs. Tell us early and we can make some calls. You also have to know, if you are just being cheap and want to take advantage of my kindness, I will show you the door.

So don’t be shy. Thicken your skin and drop us a message. We’ll help.

People have been sending us entire bags of cymbals to repair recently. We can’t save all of them, but we do our best. Sometimes we even do multiple cuts per cymbal and they do look odd, but the cymbals continue to sound good after we are done.

Working through the bags week by week. Hang in there.

Some days are just amazing. Always happy to support my man Caleb Kay with the best that we have to offer in service of the Lord.

Babyfreqs by are the ideal companion for my regular rehearsals. Super lightweight and killer sound make for a fantastic daily driver. These excellent universal IEMs and 5B hornwood sticks basically live in my backpack, ready for any rehearsal or lesson.

Don’t forget that students with .academy.sg will get to experience the Babyfreqs during lessons. Rohema sticks are available exclusively at .sg .
