- Copy and paste item number and name to the order form found below the entry
- Fill in the rest of the details on the order form and click send

- A confirmation invoice with payment details will be sent to your email address within 24 hours
- Please check your junk/spam folders to ensure that our invoice did not land there
*By sending in an order form, it is a CONFIRMED ORDER and failure to make payment within the given time frame will result in you being blacklisted. Should you need an extension, please let us know!*

PARCELS DISPATCHING:
- All parcels will be dispatched within the next 3 working days after payment has been verified
- For registered articles, RA codes will be send within the next 2 working days after item has been mailed
- Please note that the speed of delivery is determined solely by the Post Office, we are only responsible in mailing them
- We strongly urge you to opt for registered postage to prevent lost mails via normal postage
- THEGALACTICRUNWAY shall not be liable for any lost mails sent using normal postage. Postage charges:

NON-EXCHANGEABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY:
- Strictly no exchange/refunds will be entertained due to colour differences. Do give allowance to some differences in colours/shades due to studio lightings.
- Strictly no exchange/refunds will be entertained as all items are checked and wrapped nicely in clear plastic bags prior to mailing
- THE GALACTICRUNWAY is not responsible for the damage caused by Post Office's rough handling and no exchange/refund will be made
- For case-basis exchange/refund, no refunds will be made for products that are still available
- Exchange/refund will only be applicable within the first week from date of purchase
- During exchange/refunds, item has to reach us within 5 maximum days after we are notified of the problem. Late mailing will not be entertained
