The fruit cake is no stranger to the Christmas table, and many of us have grown up knowing it in either its buttery or brandy-soaked form.

Here's another version of the fruit cake as imagined by us. Mixed fruit jewels baked into a Levain-style chunky cookie.

Black Cocoa Powder and Bananas are an absolute match made in heaven. 🍫🍌

For the longest time, we have been making this in brownie form for our family and friends. Then one day, we had the idea to turn this into a cookie.

It has since become our all-time bestseller such that we decided to keep it on the menu for the 2024 Dragon New Year too!

Pear & Fig Bakery was inspired by the artisanal English bakery stocked with flavorful pies, delectable tarts, delish breads and an assortment of sweet treats.
