It was the product of our family's passion for making and serving the best Otah. I am a new generation hawker and the second generation of our family business, proud to be taking over since 2009 . I had the privilege of working closely with my parents who have been running the mobile food sale (Pasar Malam) and through them I've gained the knowledge and experience of cooking in a commercial environment . Already specialised in making and grilling only the freshest Otah, be it fish, squid or prawns, you'd definitely not go wrong as you sink your teeth into a time-honoured family recipe. Additional to that we have pulot pangang : These cylindrical banana leaf bundles play host to a generous serving of pillowy soft steamed glutinous rice laced with freshly squeezed coconut milk. The subsequent grilling process imparts an
