Another Friday happening..

Made laksa for dinner.
I have shared this recipe before several months back.
Though it has been a very harrowing and back breaking day for me, the minute i got home, still got to cook a decent meal.

That is the good thing about having a thermomix.
In between i was busy cleaning and sanitising and disinfecting for God knows dont know how many times in a day😳

Without a thermomix i think i would have resort to just ordering food. But i cannot keep feeding sick people with outside food right? Wont be so healthy for them.

Alhamdulillah for having such a handy helper!

Speculoos croissant courtesy of our sweet adik Wani Fateh Uwais. You guys must really try her croissants. All so soft, not cloyingly sweet, tastes so fresh too!!😍

Paired it up with fruit loops and kueh bangkit.

Adelia’s snackbox consists of beef quesadillas which Tipah the TM6 helped to stirfry.
Minced beef with some spices, capsicum, mushrooms and cheese.

Made a very simple recipe today.
Spicy bean stirfried prawns with sayur kincam.
All done the manual way in my Tipah the thermomix.

Also got fried onion green chilli omelette on the sides for my dad who does not eat prawns.
If only thermomix can fry eggs yah.
Then i will be the happiest hahaha🤣

Everything went off wanko today.
So busy rushing to many places settling things.

The sick one and the one who has gout and need to watch his diet need suitable food.
Made singgang ikan merah in Tipah.

Emotions went wild as i cooked this.
Last i made singgang was for my mum when she was sick😢

Remembered that day clearly.
She just inserted stent and doctors told her to try soft diet.
Lyn, boleh buatkan ibu singgang?
Ibu nak rasa masam masam.
Tekak loya lah Lyn😭

So singgang i made.
And today i made it again to care for the 2 people she love

Need to use up the bread so made bread rolls instead. Forgotten to thaw out the meat so yea the initial plan had to be switched to another day.

Bread roll with mini brownies, some fruit loops and golden kiwi to increase her vitamin C intake.

Very rushed morning..
Did my laundry, yup Monday is our designated laundry day.

Then Tipah helped me to cook tomyum fried rice for Adelia and my meimei.
For the rest of us, its spicy fried macaroni.

Both recipes not in Cookidoo.
Will be sharing with my team soon this tomyum fried rice recipe! Even the tomyum paste was made from scratch in tm6 ya🥰

The good thing about cooking with thermomix is that i dont need to stand and stir when boiling pasta. You know when you boil pasta, you must keep stirring so they wont stick right? Now its all easy👍🏼
