Food Heart Conscience™ (FHC) pride ourselves on our anonymity and ability to review food/services with no biases, based on our SHAVE™-VITTA™ rating methodology. Overall grades are averaged out and rated on a scale of 0-10, with different weights given to each respective criterion. The consistency of food dishes will be given emphasis and grading will be separately given upon consequent visits. For simplicity purposes, one can look at only the final score for each establishment/service.
