What’s the best part about creating custom-made outfits? The chance to twin with your daughter whenever the opportunity comes along!

chose this adorable cotton twill fabric featuring charming fortune cats. For herself, she designed a dress finished with elegant cheongsam buttons, giving it a lovely classic touch. For her daughter, the outfit was made as a two-piece set—a top and a skirt—so she can wear them together or mix and match depending on her mood.

We were so touched to welcome Jenni Penman back to our store earlier this week! 🥹❤️

She remembered visiting Auntie and Uncle here 11 years ago during her trip to Singapore, and even brought along precious photos she took of them back then. We were truly overwhelmed with joy and gratitude to see these memories preserved all these years. 🥰📸

In one of the photos captures Auntie’s cheeky and friendly personality perfectly—playfully twisting her hand and smiling brightly at the camera—while Uncle, true to himself, stood quietly in the background, shyly watching over the store. That was exactly what Lee Ann Textile was like 11 years ago, and seeing these photos brought back so many wonderful memories.

Thanks to fate, Jenni Penman found Lee Ann Textile on Instagram and followed us. When she returned to Singapore, she made it a point to visit us again. We were so touched by this thoughtful gesture and couldn’t be happier to see her once more. 🥹🥰

Thank you for remembering us after all these years and for sharing these beautiful memories with us. We hope to welcome you back again on your next visit to Singapore, and we can’t wait to see more of your wonderful creations! ❤️

H A L L O W E E N 💀

I never make dresses for just one occasion, but when Sierra said she wanted to be Wednesday, I realized this is the one Halloween costume we can wear in civilian life.

Sierra’s dress is the most Wednesday. It’s the Little Lizard King | PDF Sewing Patterns Monroe dress, but with layers of tulle and a back zip. (BTW, check out the matching across the central back zip 😎)

Willow’s is the least Wednesday, but she’s also my sunniest, bounciest child, so putting her in black at all was a bit of a head-scratcher. When I found this amazing pearl-studded black denim at SPOTLIGHT , I knew I had it! This pattern is one of our favorites, the Peony Patterns Acacia dress.

I was originally supposed to go as Morticia (obvs) but the KIANA BONOLLO Oversized Collar Dress pattern was just begging to be Wednesday-fied! The fabric is a 👽glow in the dark🪐 print from Riley Blake Designs via Lee Ann Textiles . Peep my hand embroidery on the back collar! Been a while since I’ve busted out the hoops.

We’re always so delighted when customers share their tailored pieces with us—and it’s even more special when we get to be part of their fabric selection journey and see everything come together perfectly! 🙌

Cecelia previously had her skirt made from Riley Blake Sparkler Pink Cotton and was looking for new tops to match her existing wardrobe. That’s where CHP stepped in, offering two colour-matching options to complement her skirt. In the end, Cecelia fell in love with the Cosmo Painting floral fabric—it paired beautifully with what she already had.

As always, Cecelia came with her own ideas, hoping for an asymmetric buttoned shirt. CHP built on her vision, drawing inspiration from Pinterest to refine the design.

What truly surprised CHP, though, were the fluffy sleeves on the finished piece! The talented tailor had cleverly used the leftover fabric to create them, adding a unique and charming touch.

It was truly a team effort between Cecelia, CHP, and the tailor. The final shirt turned out elegant and feminine, while fitting seamlessly into her wardrobe. 🙌👏👍
