Order Informations:
DEAR CUSTOMERS,
To make a purchase/order, please follow the step by step guild below.
Step 1 :
Private Message(PM) us your interest and choice of cup.
Step 2 :
Once we have confirmed the availability of stocks with you, you can then proceed with the payment to our account.
*NOTE* All orders will have a flat rate delivery charge of $2. Purchasing 2 cups or more will be of free delivery charge.
All deliveries are handled by Singpost.
Delivery will takes 2-6 working days, excluding weekends & public holidays. Please do give us some grace period (1-3 days) to process and prepare your orders for delivery.
The Cup Street will not be responsible for lost parcels posted.
Step 3 :
Please note that all ATM transfers must be accompanied with a snapshot of your transaction receipt for verification purposes. Once we have confirmed it, your goods will be mailed to you!
