Pinkie Empire We are selling a variety of apparels (Adult/kids), Contact Lens, other products and Hello Kitty item Some of the items are Ready Stock or Pre-Order.

For Pre-order items:

1. Please note that we have to meet a minimum quantity order requirement from the suppliers. ..
2. Different Pre-order might take different duration to complete and deliver to customers. Fastest can be 3 weeks, Longest can be 1 month once Pre-order is closed, otherwise statede . Full refund will be given on Out-of-Stock ems.

3. Customers must be willing to wait for their

delivery of items.

4. We reserve the rights to cancel any pre-order due to poor response, however full refund will be made to customer


Pinkie Empire Terms and Conditions:

1. Send in your order /query through:
- Facebook (Send Private Message)
- Comment on the picture
- Email ([email protected])
(Please quote the item code/name, qty & size etc)

2. After our confirmation, please make payment via internet or atm transfer ithin 2 days. Inform us after payment is made & confirm the delivery address & prefer mode of delivery (normal or registered post).

3. If no payment is received within the given time frame, the order will be auto cancel.

4. All the items will be wrapped carefully. For fragile items, we will wrap it with bubbles wrap.

5. Do note that we will not bear any responsibilities for any lost or damage mail thru Normal delivery. We will not replace, refund the transaction.

6. Registered mail is strongly recommended and chargeable at $2.70 on top of the normal postage.

7. No cancellation of orders after payment is made.

8. Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Disclaimer:

1. Photographs viewed on your monitor may cause mis-interpretation on the material of the items and colour might differ slightly to actual colours. Sizes is an estimation and it varies on the individual person.

2. Please purchase only if you think you are safe to wear coloured contact lens. We are not liable for any infections or health related issues. By purchasing our lenses, you're buying at your risk. if you think you are not safe, please only get your lenses from your optician.
