-Pre-order takes about 10 working days to reach Singapore
-In-stock takes about 2-3 days to send out through Singpost
-We are not responsible for any lost items and returns by normal mail, so
registered mail is highly recommended
Return & Exchange
-All items
will be inspected for manufacturing defects, prior to posting out
-Exchange may be considered in case of prominent manufacturer defects
-Exchange will be possible if wrong items were delivered
-Exchange will be valid for defective item in unused condition and within 7 days
-Return postages to be borne by buyer

-The following reasons may not be considered as manufacturer defects:
*Minor stains (light colour clothes especially). Stains are no longer than 3cm.
*Minor thread frays at the ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of the seams
*Claims that the design or item is not good or up to expectations.
*Deliberately damage of items such that it may warrant an exchange.
-Other Exchange Exclusions:
*Size issue
-Measurement is subject to maximum of 2-3cm tolerance, depending on the
measurement method by individual or product batch.
*Colour issue
-The colours you see on your monitor might be slightly different from the actual colours of goods due to various reasons such as monitor temperature setting, maker characteristics and so on.
*Other issue
-Items worn and stained or applied with perfume, have cigarette smell, altered in any form, washed, sent for dry cleaning and/or damaged due to negligence are not applicable for exchange.
-White items and promotional items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
-Leggings and tank tops are not exchangeable once they are tried on due to the nature of item itself. Rental
-Rental is for a block of 48 hours
-We rent our products in good condition. Returns are expected in the same good condition, failing which dry-cleaning charges, repair charges or replacement charges apply. Refundable security deposits may be forfeited if returns are found damaged or with stains
Payment
-Rental charges must be paid upon rental confirmation. Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer
-A refundable security deposit is required for rentals.
