1. Upon receiving your order, a Payment Private Message (FB) will be sent. Full Payment has to be done within 3 working days upon receipt of our payment advice. (Do drop us an email or PM if
you require more time allowance).
2. Delivery method i) Item price is inclusive of Free Normal Postage ii) Registered Postage (To top up additional $3.00) iii) Local Courier at Flat rate of $5. We strongly recommend Registered postage as we will not be responsible for any lost mail.
3. NO cancellation / refund/ exchange or is allowed once payment is made.
4. All our Item pictures are for references only. Actual item colours/prints may vary slightly due to computer resolution/ photographic skill.
5. Size given based on height or age are for reference/ estimation only. Please allow +/- 2 to 3 cm allowance for every measurement provided (upon request) due to diff ppl measuring/ method of measuring. NO refund/exchange is allowed due to wrong size ordered.
6. All ready stock/ pre order are subjected to stock availability. If item is Out of Stock (on supplier side), full refund will be given.
