Payment is to be made within 24 hours from the time you receive the order process email. ORDERS

Payment verification will only take place after the transaction has successfully been reflected on our end. Kindly note that we do not accept transfers from other banks besides POSB or UOB. After your payment has been verified, you will receive an email notification informing you that your payment has successfully been received, and your order is currently being processed for delivery. You will receive a final email notification once your order has been shipped out. Delivery:
1. Normal Mail: We charge SGD$1.50 for every item included in your order.
2. Registered Mail: If you would like added security, you may choose to opt for Registered Mail. Registered Mail articles are delivered to your doorstep via SINGPOST. (Authentication required) If you require the Registered Mail service,
Remember to add an additional of SGD$2.24 if you would like to opt for Registered Mail. Registered mail is charged by Singpost at SGD$2.24 for every two items on top of the local postage of SGD$1.50 per item. You may track your parcels on Singpost with the tracking number that is issued to you in your delivery confirmation email. We currently DO NOT cater to INTERNATIONAL orders. All orders are based in Singapore Only. EXCHANGE POLICY:
If you have received a defected item, please drop us an email at [email protected] within 3 days from the receipt of your parcel, and we will confirm the exchange details. We offer a one-to-one exchange for all defective items. If you have received an incorrect item, please drop us an email at [email protected] within 3 days from the receipt of your parcel, and we will confirm the exchange details. All returned items should be in new and unused condition and are to be returned in their original packaging, inclusive of all product parts and features, if any
