Address
3.) Phone number (to inform the items is ready to collet / for delivery)
4.) Details of the product you wish to purchase (product picture/brand name/colour/quantity)
5.) Self-collection/ with Delivery Service (pls refer to Delivery option for more information)
#2. PAYMENT TERMS
→ Pre-order Items,
1.) SG Customers;
a.] Transfer a 30% deposit payment to DBS bank account. Pls ask the account no. via fb private message. Kindly provide us the bank transaction reference number via fb private message. b.] The balance amount needs to make cash payment upon collection of your order. c.] The deposit is not refundable for any cancellation of order.
2.) YGN Customers;
a.] Kindly make a 30% deposit payment at YGN office or transfer a deposit payment to CB bank account. Kindly provide us about your payment with the name of payee, amount transferred, contact number of the payee, the name of the bank and from which branch via fb private message. (***Your order will not be proceeded unless the transferred deposit has received)
b.] The balance amount needs to make cash payment upon collection of your order. c.] The deposit is not refundable for any cancellation of order.
→ Ex-stock items;
For both SG and YGN Customers;
a.] Cash payment upon collection of your order.
#3. DELIVERY OPTIONS
Kindly take note that the delivery period for pre-order items will take 4-6 weeks for both SG and YGN Customers.
→ For SG Customers:
Option1: Self-collection at these MRT stations => Yew Tee / Choa Chu Kang. Option2: Home-delivery with additional chargeable at SGD6.00.
→ For YGN Customers:
Option1: Self-collection at Ahlone Township. Option2: Door to door delivery
