Horizon Acoustics – A Fond Farewell

After 15 fulfilling years, I’ve decided to close Horizon Acoustics by the end of August 2025.

What started as a retirement hobby turned into something truly special. I’ve met so many wonderful customers—some of whom became good friends. Thank you for dropping by with coffee and snacks, and for sharing your love of music. Those moments were priceless.

The business weathered the Covid years thanks to a kind landlord who reduced rent and helped keep things going. Sadly, post-Covid, the unit has changed hands multiple times. Each change brought a 20% rental increase, and this August, yet another raise makes it unsustainable. With age catching up and health issues cropping up, I’m calling this my second retirement—with a heavy heart, but also deep gratitude.

To everyone who supported Horizon Acoustics over the years: thank you very much. Wishing you health and happiness, and may your hi-fi journey bring joy for years to come.

I'm now clearing out demo speakers, amps, cables, accessories, racks, speaker stands, CDs, and more—if you're looking for a good bargain, now's the time. I will be putting up some of these items on Carousell, please look out for it.
