Happy National Day, Singapore. 🇸🇬❤️

Sometimes, the most meaningful details are the ones that aren’t immediately seen.

This little heart wasn’t added simply because it was beautiful. Folded from lace into an origami-inspired pocket, it reflects our belief that remarkable things often begin with heart.

Hidden beneath the vibrant red crepe exterior lies a story waiting to unfold—a quiet reminder that true potential often exists long before the world notices it.

Every fold. Every stitch. Every hidden detail has been crafted with intention.

Pre-orders are now open with a special pre-order privilege before the official unveiling. DM us for details.

This National Day, may we continue to love what we do, do what we love, and build a Singapore where remarkable things—and remarkable people—are given the opportunity to flourish.

Some forms are simply too timeless to leave behind.

This lace skirt has remained one of the most endearing silhouettes in our archives. Loved for the way it gently elongates the figure and flatters with quiet elegance, it was a shape we knew deserved to be revisited.

Reimagined in delicate blush lace the colour of rose milk tea, A Poem in Rose Milk Tea is our tribute to enduring design—proof that true forms never go out of style.

Pattern-matched at the centre back, the scalloped lace continues uninterrupted, reflecting the precision of fine craftsmanship.

Part of The Poetry of Form — a revisit of selected works from our archive, thoughtfully reinterpreted for today.

Pair it with a white shirt for work or a simple tee for weekends.

More than gift. It is 心意.

In a world where speed and transformation is key, we believe some moments deserve more.

Every embroidered robe is chosen with intention.
Every motif carries a blessing.
Each crafted by our artisans.

Recently, one of our long-time clients chose our embroidered robes as gifts for people who matter to him.

Every gift is wrapped individually in Bojagi, a Korean tradition that expresses heartfelt wishes for the recipient.

Each wrapping cloth is created from treasured remnants of our own collections—from batiks and our very own 珐琅彩Falangcai ( Imperial porcelain meets Garden City) -inspired prints to French lace—so no two gifts are exactly alike.

Perhaps the greatest luxury is knowing that someone prepared every detail with you in mind.

Contact us to explore our cultural gifting options—where every gift is thoughtfully crafted and wrapped with 心意.

Like moonlight, some beauty never asks to be noticed. It simply lingers.

The Moon Garden Embroidered Bolero returns in Straits Blue as part of The Poetry of Form retrospective.

Embroidered in shades of silver and blue, it captures the serenity of a moonlit tropical garden.

Crafted in a contemporary Korean hanbok silk blend, this signature silhouette reflects our ongoing dialogue between Nanyang artistry and Korean craftsmanship.

Designed not for a moment, but for a lifetime of meaningful wear.

A quiet dialogue between Korean craftsmanship and our Nanyang design language.

The Poetry of Form exhibition celebrates twenty years of Nanyang fashion, and it is also an opportunity to revisit our archives.

Originally designed in 2009 under the mentorship of fashion maestro Thomas Wee, this signature skirt with a mandarin knot returns with side fabric panels inspired by Najeonchilgi (나전칠기), Korea’s mother-of-pearl lacquerware.

Rendered in timeless Moss Green, it pairs effortlessly with our Mandarin collar lace top, or equally well with your favourite everyday tee or shirt.

Some designs don’t belong to a single moment.

They continue to evolve with every chapter.

Black need not be boring.

Inspired by the intricate details of Nanyang architecture, the Straits Renda Mandarin Top reimagines black through delicate broidery lace and subtle cutwork.

Layered over a breathable n**e mesh, it keeps you cool and comfortable while allowing effortless movement throughout the day.

Thoughtfully designed for tropical living and from work to weekends, because elegance should feel as good as it looks.

Revisit | Chic in Blooms (2012 → 2026)

In conjunction with **The Poetry of Form** retrospective showcase, we are bringing back a carefully curated selection of archival designs- in extremely limited quantities, and in some cases, as only one.

Originally created in 2012, our *Chic in Blooms* Qipao returns as part of this **Revisit** archive series, celebrating pieces that are timeless.

Designed for the tropics, movement has always been at the heart of what we design. Soft lavender pleats flow effortlessly with every step, while a lightly stretched lining offers comfort and freedom in warm weather—so you look as good as you feel.

Finished with an exquisite embroidered blooms reminiscent of a summer garden, it is a quiet balance of elegance, craftsmanship and wearability.

Some designs belong to a moment. Others deserve to be experienced by a new generation.

It’s never just about garments. Hear what our visitors say about our retrospective showcase.

Over the past 20 years, every stitch, every design, every detail and every piece in our collection has been a vessel for stories—of heritage, of memory, and of the Nanyang culture that continues to shape our identity.

We’ve been moved by the conversations sparked during our retrospective showcase
The Poetry of Form- 20 Years Shaping a Nanyang Fashion Language and the reflections shared by our guests.

Swipe through to hear the voices that have inspired our journey.

We invite you to join us in shaping a Nanyang fashion dialogue in person. Because where we are from matters.

Sign up for a guided viewing of our retrospective showcase The Poetry of Form

Where music meets Nanyang design and craftsmanship.

A glimpse into the making of the contemporary Nanyang gentleman.

For pianist , we explored a language of quiet details: a deep navy exterior, a side-plated zipper detail, and an embossed brocade lining revealed through movement.

Beneath, a shirt with a textured finish and overlapping oriental collar offers breathability for the tropics, while matching brocade details continue through the waistband of the trousers.

At the back, Singapore’s national blooms are embroidered as a subtle expression of place and identity.

Rooted in culture yet at ease in the world, the contemporary Nanyang gentleman wears his heritage with quiet confidence.

From sketch to garment, every detail carries intention.

If you could write a letter to your younger self, what would it say?

This Thursday evening, I’m joining the “A Letter to Myself” interview segment on CNA938.

Many people know me as a fashion designer. What they may not see are the moments of uncertainty, struggles and conviction behind the work — or the journey of evolving Fuchsia Lane from a fashion label into something larger: a cultural platform exploring and defining what I call Nanyang Fashion.

In this conversation, I’ll be reflecting on the lessons, hard truths and the challenges of pioneering a new design language rooted in Southeast Asia’s multicultural heritage, and the advice I would give my younger self.

I would love for you to tune in and join me for this conversation.
