Behind the scenes at the National Museum of Singapore 🇸🇬
As part of Singapore’s 60th year of independence, Once Upon a Tide: Singapore’s Journey from Settlement to Global City traces Singapore’s transformation over the past 700 years.
For the SG60 commemorative exhibition, RM worked with the Heritage Conservation Centre (HCC) to customise fibreglass mannequins for the garments and artefacts on display.
Each mannequin was carefully selected and modified according to the requirements of the piece, with custom supports developed where needed.
From fittings and adjustments behind the scenes to the final museum display.
