There was certainly no shortage of excitement as colleagues queued up during breakfast and the tea break to enjoy freshly made prata and crispy fries served on the spot.​

The highlight? Watching the prata being made live right before our eyes. From the unmistakable "smack, smack" sound of the dough being stretched and flipped to the prata being cooked on the spot, it was a treat for both the eyes and the taste buds.​

Thank you, Sports & Recreation Club for bringing the prata & fries stall to the office.
