Tracking number and link will be provided for tracing of parcel. We will not be responsible if you missed your courier delivery arrangement or incorrect address information which results in return of parcel back to our warehouse. You will need to pay additional $4 delivery fee for another delivery arrangement.

You may consolidate your purchases up to $50 and above for free delivery. We will contact you personally for delivery fee if order is less than $50. Please ensure to pay within 24 hours after placing an order or successful bid. Payment must be made first before delivery. If you have any difficulties, please send a message to us immediately and we will try our best to accommodate. We will cancel the order and put the item(s) on sales again if there is unsuccessful payment.

All items purchased are strictly non-refundable/exchangeable after 7 days from date of collection and delivery completion. Please rest assure that we inspected all the items before delivery. In any event the item(s) received is damaged, please send us a copy of the damage item by providing us both photo and video for investigation. We reserve the right to reject any exchange and refund request on damage item due to natural accident and/or after 7 days from date of collection and delivery completion.
