2 heaped scoops (30 g) - Whey Protein, White Chocolate Coconut
30 g - Protein Muesli, Red fruits
150 g of strawberries
100 g of raspberries
200 ml of water
PREPARATION:
Mix all ingredients in a blender and serve.
