💙 Welcome to Artline Diaries — a little more personal side of Artline Epoxy Resin — The Resin Creators Trust .
We created this series to share the people, conversations, wins and plans — behind our brand.
And the idea actually came from one of you.
One of our customers noticed that two different Artline team members were answering his questions and helping him with his projects. Because that’s something we do every day: if you’re unsure which resin to choose, how to use it, or something goes wrong with your project, you can simply ask us. We’re always happy to share our experience and help 💙
Eventually, this customer became curious about the people behind the messages. He asked who he was actually talking to, we introduced ourselves, exchanged photos… and suddenly it didn’t feel like a typical brand–customer conversation anymore.
It felt more like two people getting to know each other.
And we thought: why shouldn’t a small business be friends with its customers?
So here we are — Artline Diaries. We’ll introduce our team, show you what happens behind the scenes, share our successes and funny mishaps, tell you what we’re planning next — and ask for your opinion along the way.
Because we don’t want to just talk to our community.
We want to build Artline together with you.
