๐พ My dog Aspen is a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog. A year ago, in May, we went through a real crisis: Aspen began moving with obvious pain and, two weeks later, she was already having difficulty getting up and squatting to relieve herself. ๐
๐ฉป An X-ray revealed significant changes in the lower part of her spine and right hip. The veterinarian told us that Aspen has a very high pain tolerance, which is why she did not show any symptoms until the condition had reached such an advanced stage. By then, it was too late for treatment.
๐ The only option was to administer Librela, a medication given once a month that blocks pain signals, but it is highly controversial, and dog owners report very serious side effects.
๐ On the โLibrela Experienceโ forum, I came across a post recommending DogoMaxy. I ordered the product from Dogoteka. Aspen has now been taking it for almost a year.
๐ In May, she received one Librela injection because the situation was critical; together with the injection, we started giving her DogoMaxy, and I have continued administering it to her for a full year.
๐ Considering the circumstances, Aspen is doing extremely well: she runs, squats and goes for walks. As for Librela, we have not given it to her again. So far, there has been no need. DogoMaxy works. ๐
