Our 50% Milk chocolate just won a bronze from the Asia-Pacific International Chocolate Awards International Chocolate Awards with an overall score of 85.94! And most importantly we got valuable feedback from the judges for improving our chocolate! It’s all about the small details from tree, fermentation, drying, and chocolate making process that makes a bar good or exceptional.
