🌱Visiting Pearypie: Make-up Artist/Theatrical Artist‘s rooftop farm in the middle of Bangkok!! Amongst the city skyscrapers, we found okras, rosemaries, Italian basils, dragon fruits, curry leaves, papayas, chilis, gourds, stingless bee hives, etc.!!
👩🏻‍🌾Thanks to Khun Pear, P’Mon, N’Mek for guiding us through your journey on growing this amazing on the roof!! Single plant cannot survive without tiny , living , soil, and network beneath. Your is a real evidence that urban farming can be much more than we’ve ever imagined!!

🌱Visiting Pearypie: Make-up Artist/Theatrical Artist‘s rooftop farm in the middle of Bangkok!! Amongst the city skyscrapers, we found organic okras, rosemaries, Italian basils, dragon fruits, curry leaves, papayas, chilis, gourds, stingless bee hives, etc.!!
👩🏻‍🌾Thanks to Khun Pear, P’Mon, N’Mek for guiding us through your journey on growing this amazing regenerative ecosystem on the roof!! Single plant cannot survive without tiny pollinators, living microbes, fertile soil, and fungal network beneath. Khun Nui, awarded young smart farmer 2026, grew up among cows raised by his parents, and decided to carry on Thong Sak Farm, where we can see old cowshed with wooden columns, in Lamphun until today.
Every cow in the farm has a digital collar, linked to cow health tracking mobile apps. This way, he is able to monitor his cows 24/7 from everywhere, adjusting food — relatively, and avoid unhealthy milk mixed with the healthy ones. The milking process is free from human’s hand and milk flow directly from the cows’ breasts to the milk tank!!

🌏Yesterday we had a great opportunity to learn from everyone and exchange what we are doing about food on the stage of Chiang Mai Climate Action Day with P’Nang, the leader of the Seed Saving Program at Pun Pun Organic Farm, P’Ramphau from Panya Forest and Aj.Piyapong from School of Public Policy Chiang Mai University . And also met with like-minded 3 ’s members accidentally. ❤️
🌱P’Kay from The Flexitarian - เปลี่ยนโปรตีน เปลี่ยนโลก raised a really good point that why there are very few Thai people in the hall? She saw two different worlds of local veggies and city veggies on the stage. How can we blend? How can we draw more city people into the local-veggie world? That’s what she advocates on กินสคูล by Food for Change & The Flexitarian, and would like to cooperate with Farm To Truck in the future🥹
🔥Aj.Piyapong’s statement ended the session powerfully that all we discussed might be just a selectable trail in the past, but today — it’s the survival track!

Uncle Rang (ลุงรัง) took a few months growing these 11 kinds of organic cold herbs, according to Doctor Keaw (หมอเขียว), who graduated in both Chinese, Thai, and modern medicine, and combined them with Buddhist scriptures.
These cold herbs help reduce inflammation, remove waste from daily cells’ operations strengthen cells, balance acidic and hot conditions inside our body!! A group of cancer patients found it helped strengthen body during the treatment processes. We are so glad to have them on our shelf 🙏🙏🙏🥰🥰🥰
