ขอขอบคุณผู้จัดงานที่ให้ Gogreenmatter ได้มีโอกาสเป็นผู้สนับสนุนสารกาแฟ (Green Bean) สำหรับการแข่งขัน Cup Taster ในครั้งนี้ ซึ่งปีีนี้เราได้คัด Greenbean ที่มีคุณภาพ ใน grade ที่ผ่าน Specialty เท่านั้น และ หลากหลาย สายพันธ์ จากหลายประเทศ เพิ่มความท้าทายให้ผู้แข่งขัน.

การแข่งขันครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงเป็นเวทีแห่งการประลองทักษะด้านประสาทสัมผัสและความแม่นยำในการชิมกาแฟเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นการสะท้อนคุณภาพของสารกาแฟที่ผู้เข้าแข่งขันทุกท่านได้ใช้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการแสดงศักยภาพและความสามารถของตนเอง

เรารู้สึกเป็นเกียรติที่ได้มีส่วนร่วมในการแข่งขันครั้งนี้ และขอชื่นชมผู้เข้าแข่งขันทุกคนที่ทุ่มเท ฝึกฝน และแสดงความสามารถอย่างเต็มที่

From Sailor to Geisha Producer

Before becoming a coffee producer, Leslie Arturo Guerra spent years working at sea. He later returned to Bambito, Panama, at over 1,800 meters above sea level, with a vision of creating coffees that truly reflect the character of his land.

Leslie is also the brother of Yaneth, owner of the renowned El Pergamino farm, one of Panama’s most respected coffee producers.

His passion for the Semi-Washed (Honey) process has become the signature of Finca Alto Bambito. Today, coffee buyers from around the world seek out the farm specifically for its exceptional Honey Process Geisha.

The result is a beautifully expressive Geisha with crystal-clear sweetness reminiscent of sugarcane juice, delicate floral aromatics, and vibrant notes of ripe mango and nectarine in every cup.

Every picker undergoes weekly training.
Cherry Brix levels are measured daily.
Each lot is maintained with an error margin of no more than 1%.

The result?
Geisha coffees scoring 96–97 points from Coffee Review,
and 1st Place at Best of Panama 2021
