📌A Note About Our Handmade Products 🤍
We would like to kindly explain and ask for your understanding regarding our handmade products.
As every piece is individually handmade by our skilled artisans, there may be slight variations in size, shape, stitching, or other details. Therefore, each piece may not be 100% identical to another, as would typically be expected from mass-produced factory products.
We put great care and effort into every piece we make. Sometimes, our craftspeople may feel that a piece is finished and looks good, but after the customer receives and uses the product, there may still be certain details that do not fully meet their expectations. If this happens, we are always happy to listen and do our best to make the necessary adjustments.
If you notice any issues or there are any details you would like us to improve, we kindly ask that you contact us first. We are always willing to communicate with our craftspeople and work together to find the best possible solution.
Some pieces may require additional time for adjustments or improvements. We sincerely ask for your patience and the opportunity to inspect and correct the work before making a final judgment. We genuinely want every piece to turn out as well as possible and, most importantly, for our customers to be satisfied with their purchase.
We completely understand that a customer may feel disappointed if the product does not turn out exactly as expected, and we are always open to hearing your feedback. At the same time, we kindly ask that we communicate with one another respectfully and with understanding. Behind every handmade product are the time, effort, care, and dedication of our artisans and our entire team. 🤍
If there is a mistake or something that needs to be corrected, we are willing to take responsibility and find a suitable solution. We simply ask that you give us the opportunity to correct the issue before making a final judgment or using words that may unintentionally hurt or discourage the people who have put their effort into creating your product.
