TAT Corporation Public Company Limited partners with Panyapiwat Institute of Management (PIM) to launch the “Plantnery” classroom – Empowering Education through the PIM SMART Fund

On August 25, 2025, Mr. Chayaton Makthan, Co-CEO of TAT Corporation Public Company Limited, together with the management team and distributors of the Plantnery brand, attended the official launch of the “Plantnery” Classroom at Panyapiwat Institute of Management (PIM). This initiative is part of the company’s contribution to education through the PIM SMART Fund (Fund for Life-long Learning).

The event was honored by the warm welcome of PIM executives, including Mr. Narongsak Phumisri-saard, Acting Senior Vice President, Administration; Ms. Parichart Buakhao, Vice President of Corporate Communications and Marketing; Ms. Atchara Puangkaew, Director of the PIM SMART Fund, along with executives and student representatives who joined in celebrating this significant occasion, held at CP All Academy Building, Chaengwattana Road.

บริษัท ทีเอที คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) และ บริษัท นิวตริโน คอสเมโทโลจี จำกัด ได้ร่วมกันจัดการอบรมหลักสูตร “The Super Manager” สำหรับผู้บริหารระดับสูง ในวันที่ 22, 28 เมษายน และ 6, 8 พฤษภาคม 2568 โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก สถาบัน Steppuls ซึ่งเป็นสถาบันที่ได้รับการรับรองวิทยากรและหลักสูตรการสอนจากประเทศญี่ปุ่น มาเป็นผู้ดำเนินการอบรมในครั้งนี้
หลักสูตรดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นเพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจในบทบาทหน้าที่ของการเป็นผู้บริหารยุคใหม่ พร้อมทั้งพัฒนาทักษะด้านการบริหารจัดการทีม การแก้ไขปัญหาเชิงกลยุทธ์ และการคิดวางแผนเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายขององค์กรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ นอกจากนี้ยังเน้นย้ำถึงการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำ การสร้างแนวคิดเชิงบวก และทัศนคติที่เหมาะสม เพื่อส่งเสริมศักยภาพของผู้บริหารให้สามารถขับเคลื่อนองค์กรได้อย่างยั่งยืน

TAT Corporation Public Company Limited and Neutrino Cosmetology Company Limited jointly organized a leadership development training course titled “The Super Manager” for senior executives. The training sessions were held on April 22, 28 and May 6, 8, 2025, and were conducted by Steppuls Institute, a training organization certified in both instructors and curriculum from Japan.
The purpose of the program was to deepen participants’ understanding of executive roles and responsibilities, team management, problem-solving, and strategic thinking. The training also aimed to align executives with the organization’s goals and foster effective leadership, positive mindset, and professional attitudes for maximum performance.
This initiative reflects the companies’ commitment to human resource development and enhancing leadership capabilities to ensure sustainable and effective business growth in today’s fast-evolving environment.
