Minor International and Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to launch a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel Management programme for Minor team members. The programme enables participants to convert their professional work experience into academic credits, fast-tracking their journey to a bachelor's degree and allowing them to graduate in as little as one year.

Designed to bridge education and industry, this initiative aims to develop a highly skilled workforce for the hospitality sector. It reflects our belief that the most sustainable investment is in people, the driving force behind sustainable business growth and exceptional guest experiences.

By connecting academic learning with real-world industry expertise, the programme empowers our team members to advance their careers while strengthening the future of the hospitality industry.

Minor International demonstrated the strength of its diversified, globally-balanced business model, delivering 13% year-on-year net profit growth to THB 3,957 million in 1H26, a result achieved despite a second quarter marked by heightened geopolitical tensions in the Middle East and softer regional travel sentiment.

Core net profit rose 6% year-on-year to THB 3,658 million in 1H26, contributed by resilient European travel demand, revenue management in Thailand and the Maldives, and steady improvement across key restaurant markets.
