This Louis Vuitton arrived at HBS with multiple deep, stubborn stains throughout the inner lining.

The lining had previously been treated elsewhere in an attempt to remove the staining. Unfortunately, that treatment had also removed sections of the original LV printed pattern, leaving visible faded and “bald” areas in the fabric.

Our artisans were therefore faced with two challenges:

• Carefully remove the remaining deep stains without causing further damage.
• Restore the areas where the original lining pattern had already been lost.

Following the cleaning process, our artisans meticulously reconstructed the missing lines and LV motifs by hand, carefully matching the original pattern, positioning and appearance of the surrounding lining.

The result: deep stains removed, previous damage corrected, and the Louis Vuitton interior restored while retaining the original lining.

This is the difference between cleaning and true restoration craftsmanship.

PRADA | ADVANCED PIPING RECONSTRUCTION

At HBS Hyper Bag Spa, we use a specialist method for reconstructing damaged piping, designed to achieve a strong, durable repair while preserving as much of the original bag as possible.

In this Prada restoration, the compromised material is carefully removed before the damaged section is rebuilt using precision-cut replacement material. The reconstructed area is then securely bonded, shaped and refined to recreate the original piping profile.

Following structural reconstruction, the surface is sealed, precision-sanded and finished with expert colour matching, allowing the repaired section to integrate naturally with the surrounding original leather.

The result: structure restored, damage virtually eliminated and the original character of the bag preserved.
