The pure rock salt is from under the mountainous salt wells at 1,700m altitude of Bo Klua District, Nan Province. Produced in a traditional ancient method since 1,000 years ago, the pure brine is evaporated and naturally smoked over the clay firepit. Delicate and refined, this is ideal as finishing salt.

The 5th Month of the Thai Lunar calendar falls around the end of March and early April when temperatures rise to the peak. Wildflower honey harvested during this optimal time in the most intense in flavour and health beneficial. Wild, pure, and flavourful, our honey is hand-harvested for us by the highland community of Sob Moei District in Mae Hong Son province, renowned as one of the most pristine wilderness in Northern Thailand.
