InClay Studio

"InClay"studio is located on Suthep Road in Chaing Mai City.Our work are handmade stonware.

Jirawong Wongtrangan spent 5 years studying and practicing the art of ceramics and printmaking before working at a wheel in a ceramics factory in Chiang Rai. After investigating opportunities in Chiang Mai, he was inspired to open his own studio producing one-of-a-kind hand-thrown ceramics. Using mostly natural glazes and create patterns and themes from his surrounding landscape, Jirawong has foll

owed the path of teaching, offering a variety of workshop options at his studio. Whether you want to pursue a long-term, tailor-made course with him, or just pop in for a one-day go at hand-building and using the wheel, he welcomes all ceramics enthusiasts.

Thank you to the students from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Chiang Mai University, for visiting INCLAY Studio and learning about applying art to business. It was wonderful to share our experience and creative process with you. 🤍

And a warm welcome to the students from OCAD University in Toronto, Canada, for visiting INCLAY Studio to learn about traditional Lanna pottery and experience painting plates inspired by Lanna graphic art.

IN the process of Becoming . INternship exhibition

ที่ INCLAY สตูดิโอ
เราไม่ได้มีแค่ดิน เตาเผา และแป้นหมุน

แต่เรามีพื้นที่ให้การเรียนรู้ค่อยๆ เกิดขึ้น
มีพื้นที่ให้ความผิดพลาดกลายเป็นบทเรียน
และมีพื้นที่ให้ไอเดียเล็กๆ ได้เติบโตเป็นผลงานจริง

ช่วงเวลาฝึกงานที่เชียงใหม่
จึงไม่ใช่แค่การมาฝึกงาน
แต่คือการได้ “ลองเป็น” ศิลปินในแบบของตัวเอง

อยากชวนทุกคนมานั่งคุย มาดู มาชม
ผลงานที่เกิดจากแรงบันดาลใจ
