นักแซกโซโฟนไทย–ญี่ปุ่น เชื่อมมิตรภาพผ่านเสียงดนตรี
Thailand & Japan Saxophone Friendship Concert 2026 คอนเสิร์ตที่รวมตัวของนักแซกโซโฟนจากประเทศไทยและประเทศญี่ปุ่น ได้จัดขึ้นเมื่อวันอาทิตย์ที่ 9 สิงหาคม 2569 ณ Ishimori Music Event Space กรุงโตเกียว ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ท่ามกลางบรรยากาศอบอุ่นและเป็นกันเองของผู้ชมที่หลงใหลในเสียงดนตรี
คอนเสิร์ตครั้งนี้เป็นการพบกันของนักแซกโซโฟนจากทั้งสองประเทศ โดยมีศิลปินชาวไทย ได้แก่ รองศาสตราจารย์ ภาธร ศรีกรานนท์ อาจารย์ประจำภาควิชาดนตรี สาขาดนตรีตะวันตก คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ วิศุวัฒน์ พฤกษวานิช อาจารย์ประจำภาควิชาเครื่องเป่าลมไม้ วิทยาลัยดุริยางคศิลป์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล Co-Founder แห่งสมิหลา ซาวด์ และปิยพล อัศวกาญจนกิจ ครูผู้สอนแซกโซโฟน The Band Music School และอาจารย์พิเศษ วิทยาลัยดุริยางคศิลป์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ร่วมแสดงกับนักแซกโซโฟนชาวญี่ปุ่น ได้แก่ Shin-ich Miyazaki ผู้ก่อตั้ง Traction Avant Megumu Onokawa คณะกรรมการ Saitama New Federation of Musicians และ Miki Onodera นักเปียโนแห่ง New National Theatre นำเสนอผลงานที่หลากหลายทั้งดนตรีแจ๊ส ดนตรีคลาสสิก ดนตรีร็อค และเวิลด์มิวสิก
ตลอดการแสดง ผู้ชมได้สัมผัสกับบทเพลงและการบรรเลงในหลากหลายรูปแบบ อาทิ Gershwin Selection, Trio ของ Poulenc, บรรเลง Rock Fantasy ผลงานของวิศุวัฒน์ พฤกษวานิช และ The Muay Thai Judge ผลงานของภาธร ศรีกรานนท์ ซึ่งสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความหลากหลายทางดนตรี ตลอดจนเอกลักษณ์และแนวคิดสร้างสรรค์ของศิลปินแต่ละคน
นอกจากความโดดเด่นทางด้านการแสดงแล้ว คอนเสิร์ตครั้งนี้ยังเป็นอีกหนึ่งโอกาสสำคัญในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์และแลกเปลี่ยนทางวัฒนธรรมระหว่างนักดนตรีไทยและญี่ปุ่น โดยใช้ดนตรีเป็นสื่อกลางในการเชื่อมโยงผู้คนจากต่างวัฒนธรรมเข้าด้วยกัน
Thai & Japan Saxophone Friendship Concert 2026 จึงไม่ใช่เพียงคอนเสิร์ตที่นำเสนอศักยภาพของนักแซกโซโฟนจากทั้งสองประเทศเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นพื้นที่แห่งมิตรภาพ การแลกเปลี่ยน และแรงบันดาลใจ ซึ่งสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงพลังของดนตรีในฐานะภาษาสากลที่สามารถเชื่อมโยงผู้คนได้อย่างงดงาม

Thai and Japanese Saxophonists Forge Friendship Through Music
The Thailand & Japan Saxophone Friendship Concert 2026, bringing together saxophonists from Thailand and Japan, was held on Sunday, 9 August 2026, at the Ishimori Music Event Space in Tokyo, Japan. The concert unfolded in a warm and intimate atmosphere, shared by an audience with a deep appreciation for music.
The concert brought together distinguished musicians from both countries. Representing Thailand were Associate Professor Pathorn Srikaranonda, lecturer in the Department of Music, Western Music Division, Faculty of Humanities, Kasetsart University; Assistant Professor Wisuwat Pruksavanich, lecturer in the Woodwind Department at the College of Music, Mahidol University and Co-Founder of Samila Sound; and Piyaphon Asawakarnjanakit, saxophone instructor at The Band Music School and guest lecturer at the College of Music, Mahidol University.
They performed alongside Japanese musicians Shin-ich Miyazaki, founder of Traction Avant; Megumu Onokawa, board member of the Saitama New Federation of Musicians; and Miki Onodera, pianist at the New National Theatre, Japan. Together, the artists presented a diverse programme spanning jazz, classical, rock, and world music.
Throughout the concert, the audience experienced a rich variety of musical styles and expressions, including Gershwin Selection, Poulenc's Trio, Rock Fantasy by Wisuwat Pruksavanich, and The Muay Thai Judge by Pathorn Srikaranonda. The programme highlighted not only the versatility of the saxophone, but also the distinctive musical voices and creative perspectives of each artist.
Beyond the performances themselves, the concert provided a meaningful opportunity for cultural exchange and connection between Thai and Japanese musicians. Through music, artists and audiences from different cultural backgrounds were brought together in a shared musical experience.
More than a showcase of saxophone artistry, the Thailand & Japan Saxophone Friendship Concert 2026 became a space for friendship, exchange, and inspiration—reflecting the enduring power of music as a universal language that connects people across cultures.
