There have been more than 1,300 (reported - the figure is probably considerably more) people infected in Phuket (Thailand) since January 2013 - that's double the amount of infections over the same period of time last year. The amount is on the increase throughout Thailand and throughout Phuket, so it really is time to act to save not only the health and potential lives of our loved ones but also of those in our community.

weekly statistics from the Biogents Mosquito trap experiment in Bang Tao from a new customer: 289 Mosquitoes caught in the trap. 36 Asian Tiger mosquitoes (Dengue carrying mosquitoes). This house is not considered "bad" for mosquitoes. We are also looking for people who have had Dengue fever to tell us their story so we can publish these on our website. If you know of anybody who has had Dengue fever or anybody else a friend may know, please get them to contact us. Dengue is a viral disease transmitted by the bite of an infected mosquito (Aedes aegypti). It is characterized by fever and other symptoms that can quickly become serious if not detected and treated early.
