After careful consideration, we would like to clarify that we are no longer associated with the organization or management of this event.
Our reaction today is not based on a single misunderstanding, but on repeated matters that gradually raised concerns on our side as sponsors and supporters of the project. Despite several inconveniences — including the absence of our page from the main promotional poster while we continued showing support — we still chose professionalism and understanding.
Unfortunately, the last-minute pricing changes and late communication created confusion among the public and directly affected our image as well. The least that could have been done before publishing such changes was to reach out, coordinate properly, or simply clarify the matter together.
We sincerely apologize to anyone who felt misled or uncomfortable. This experience is a reminder that transparency, communication, and respect between partners and the public are essential for any serious collaboration.
We thank everyone who supported us and shared their concerns respectfully. Moving forward, we will be more careful about the projects and partnerships we choose to stand behind.
